Shipping policy

We understand that handling while shipping can be quite brutal, therefore, if you are in the United States and receive any broken glass items in the mail, please email us a photo of the broken items so we can replace them and ship them to you free-of-charge.
If you are based outside of the US, we can also replace the items for you free-of-charge, but you would need to pay the international shipping fee.
